POLICIES AND PROCEDURESThe reservation will be held upon receipt of a nonrefundable deposit check of 25% of the total stay amount. Payment will be due in full 60 days in advance of the reservation. If not received at that time, the rental dates will be released. Rally deposits are taken at time of reservation, and are nonrefundable. Rally payment for reservations are due in full by May 1.  Please make checks payable to:Tom Scott16031 390th Ave.Ashton, SD, 57424Security Deposits: A security/damage deposit of $2500 is due at time of full payment. The security deposit is held until the vacation home has been cleaned and inspected, and will be returned within 2 weeks of the stay. The full amount, less any damage deductions, will be returned by check. Cancellations: There are no monetary refunds for cancellations. Tax and Service Charges: House cleaning, spa maintenance, and South Dakota Sales Tax are included within the rental fee. Other Policies: There is a 3 night minimum stay-however a 2 night stay may be accepted at an additional $50 dollar per night fee. There is absolutely no smoking in the vacation home. Smoking is allowed outside only if proper care is taken to dispose all trash in the proper places on the property grounds. If this is not done, you may be charged for a clean up. If there is smoking in the home, there will be charge for professional cleaning. This charge will be a minimum of $250 up to the full reimbursement of professional cleaning charges. No pets are allowed in the vacation home. The premises key is located in a lockbox and the lockbox combination will be provided to the renter prior to date of arrival. All Boulder Canyon Subdivision covenants must be adhered to by all members of the rental party. Covenants are listed in the home. Holiday Dates: The following are considered holidays: Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas through New Years Day(Dec. 20th through January 4th). Holiday stays require a 3 night minimum. Amenities: The home is equipped to provide enough towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc. for the maximum occupancy of the home. If you feel that more is needed, you may bring your own. Outdoor Heated Pool: The owners of Great Bison Lodge are not responsible for any act of negligence in the use of the pool, and the renter assumes all responsibility for self and guests. Adults must accompany children in the pool, and extreme care and caution must be followed. We are not responsible for accidents-use at your own risk. Disclaimer: The owners of Great Bison Lodge will not be held liable for any personal loss, damage, or injury to any renters or their guests while in or on the premises. Further, we will not assume responsibility for loss, delay, or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
